Our resident Executive Head Chef, Gavin Cassidy, has been at the helm of our award-winning Terrace Restaurant since we opened our doors five years ago.
Since then he has imagined and re-imagined a selection of elegant signature dishes featuring deliciously uncomplicated, modern cuisine, marrying the finest of fresh, locally sourced vegetables and finest quality meats with a carefully selected wine list. Amidst a sleek-open plan kitchen, guests can enjoy a theatre of food preparation, while the restaurant chefs prepare each dish with passion and precision.
Having trained with Neven Maguire, Derry Clarke and Stephen Gibson, the proof is in the pudding - Gavin’s homemade desserts also enjoy a loyal following, with an ever-changing, tantalising selection, keeping guests coming back time and time again.
*The Terrace A La Carte Menu appeals to a broad selection of palates and is available on both Friday & Saturday with food served from 6pm to Late.
